Clasic, laparoscopic sau robotic? Un posibil răspuns
Revenind la întrebarea din titlu, luând în considerație datele existente în acest moment, mi se pare evident răspunsul: pentru cancerul de rect este mai bun abordul minim invaziv în raport cu chirurgia clasică, din toate punctele de vedere, iar chirurgia robotică este preferabilă celei laparoscopice.
Cred că, în viitorul apropiat, progresul tehnologic accelerat al noilor platforme robotice va face diferențele și mai clare și va spori accesul pacienților la chirurgia minim invazivă.

Chirurgia poate însemna riscuri și complicații semnificativ reduse dacă ești candidat pentru chirurgia robotică.
